After that I left the government center and just circled around, enjoying the great architecture, a good portion of it still in need of restauration (expensive). |

Like on a number of street corners, young men would entertain the cars waiting for |
the lights to change, while hoping for some change to come their way. He was good. |
 |
The last of the light and time for me to head back to the hotel. I was flying out the following day. |
 |
 |
And thus ended a really wonderful day in La Paz for me. |
